Our study guide, PassKey EA Review Complete: Individuals, Businesses and Representation , published by PassKey Publications, was co-authored by me and author Kevin M Young, who is an enrolled agent and financial advisor. Kevin has an MBA from California Lutheran University. So of course I'm biased! I want candidates to purchase our program. But the reality is that there are lots of great EA exam review programs out there and I encourage EA candidates to research and try a few before they make the leap and purchase a program. It helps if you have a few years of tax experience, but in the end, you really have to do the study time and the research. And, once again, the EA exam is offered all throughout the year by Prometric, and will be based on 2009 tax law, if you take it between the current testing window, which is May 1st, 2010 and Feb 28, 2011.
